This service is applicable to Sirui lenses
The service is available if you have already purchased an Sirui Lenses and the product is not activated or has been activated no longer than three (3) days. The service agreement will be sent to your valid email address. Please pay attention to your email inbox.
When the Sirui lens is returned within fifteen (15) days, the associated "Sirui Care" can also be returned for a refund at that time. If the lens covered is not purchased through the Sirui official store and has been activated, or the Sirui Care service has been used within 15 days after purchase of the lens, the service cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged.
The service is non-transferable to a third party once activated.
"Sirui Care" offers coverage for one year following activation. After your purchase of "Sirui Care", details such as remaining coverage can be checked through [Sirui Care] via our Service & Support page on the official website.
