Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing SIRUI products! SIRUI will provide free warranty service if the product fails due to poor materials and workmanship under normal use. If warranty service is required, please provide the warranty card along with the proof of purchase (order number, receipt or invoice, which should be stamped by the seller).

You can request Return & Refund Service:

√ To receive a full refund, your item must have been unused within 30 calendar days of receipt and be in the same condition as it was received. If the packaging has been opened, you will be charged a packaging fee and a depreciation fee. Returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers only need to pay for shipping at most once.
√ We accept returns for non-manufacturing defects in the US and EU countries, other countries do not accept. Customers are required to pay for shipping back to the designated service center (including round-trip shipping, depreciation charges, bank charges or other charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund)
√You can return the product once within 30 days from the date of receipt.
√ Return window extended: February 8th to February 14th, 2024. Returns accepted within 37 days.

 

Return & Refund Service will not be provided while:

①Warranty expired.

②The product was purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
③The product has been repaired by an unauthorized agent or repair center.
④Failure or damage caused by careless handling, accidents and natural disasters.
⑤Damage to the appearance, including but not limited to scratches, dents, etc
⑥Damage caused by the use of third-party components or products.
⑦Damage caused by the use of unofficial instructions for circuit modification or the use of unmatched battery pack chargers.

Return & Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at project_marketing@sirui.com for return instructions and ship the new, unopened product with your information to our return address

Acceptance of return

Upon receipt of your return to our warehouses, we will check the condition of the product and confirm the possibility of accepting the return.

Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded the value of the goods you purchased on the same credit card (payment method) used. The refund will be performed within 7 business days.


 

CANCELLATION FORM

If customers cancel the order for their own reasons, the bank transaction fee will be charged.
