How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period is 24 months. If the light is defective, you can return it for free or replace it with a new one within 12 months. SIRUI guarantees that each product purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.​

When will the product be delivered?

The light will start shipping in Early April. The delivery time will vary depending on when the order is placed and where the light is shipped. Please check with customer service for details.

Why use a magnetic back?
The magnetic function can make the lamp body adsorb on iron objects, which is more convenient than traditional lighting in some scenes

Looks good but a bit expensive
This light is more professional and offers dual power supply capability which is invaluable for the time and creativity saved

Is it made collapsible?
This light can be rolled up and has the same effect as folding

Is this light suitable for a two-person interview?

What do you do when it bursts or has holes? Is there a free replacement program?
It is difficult to break a hole without sharp objects piercing it, and it is easy to repair if there is a hole.
The light body and the air bag are separated. If there is a hole accidentally, there are many cheap repair methods on the market, which will not affect the performance of the lamp. In the future, we may consider giving away quick repair tools

Fixing power cords is a big problem
The power cord is detachable, and we will launch a power extension cord in the future

What is the maximum distance this can be used as a key light?
The light-emitting surface of this light is relatively large, and it is recommended to use it within 2m. The cob 60D is a spotlight light, and the light will be relatively hard

For A100B, what is the cable length? Do you sell extension cords? Will the app control be able to control multiple lights or only one light per device?
The total length of the cable is 4.5m, and extension cables will be released later. The APP can control multiple lights at the same time, and supports group control.
