On October 27, 2026, we released the SIRUI TC50 + BH-19, a kit that combines the TC50 Clamp Tripod with the BH-19 Ball Head. It can be used as a tabletop tripod, a clamp, an overhead stand or a handheld grip, which suits desk work, livestreaming, travel and vlogging. The kit weighs 270g, has a maximum load of 3kg, and is priced at $79.
What Is the SIRUI TC50 + BH-19 Clamp Tripod?
The TC50 + BH-19 is a 2-in-1 tabletop tripod and heavy-duty clamp with a 19mm ball head. It can stand on a desk, clamp onto edges and railings, hang upside down or fold into a handheld grip, covering the uses of a tabletop tripod, a clamp and an overhead stand.
The TC50 is the industry's first 2-in-1 tabletop tripod and heavy-duty clamp. Shooting from these different positions usually requires several separate supports. With the TC50 + BH-19, you change modes on the same unit instead of switching gear. The table below compares it with standard alternatives.
| Feature | Standard tabletop tripod | Standard clamp | Tripod stand | TC50 + BH-19 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All-in-one | No | No | No | Yes |
| Stands on its own | Yes | No | Yes | Yes |

Five Shooting Modes in One Mini Tripod
The TC50 supports five shooting modes. Indoors it works as a desk tripod; outdoors it can be clamped, hung or held.
Tabletop Mode
With the legs open, the TC50 stands on a flat surface for food photography, livestreaming, video calls and desk recording. With a phone clamp, it can also be used as a tabletop camera tripod for a smartphone.
Clamp Mode
The built-in clamp attaches to table edges, railings, branches and pipes. It opens up to 50mm (±2mm) on flat surfaces and 45mm (±2mm) on cylindrical surfaces.
Inverted (Hook) Mode
The TC50 can hook over a board or shelf with the camera facing down or outward. This mode is used for overhead angle shots, suspended viewpoints and time-lapse recording.
Handheld Mode
With the legs folded, the TC50 works as a grip for vlogging, travel footage and street photography. You can open the legs again to set it down.
Underslung Mode
In this mode you hold the kit by the folded legs with the camera below. The lower center of gravity helps keep low-angle shots steady.
Before You Hang It
- Board thickness: Inverted mode is designed for boards up to 60mm thick.
- Support: When hanging, keep the other two legs supported.
- Fixed surfaces only: Do not mount the TC50 on moving objects.
- Clamp limit: Do not rotate the clamp beyond its limit stop, or the hooks may not retract.
Three Leg Angles with a Push-Toggle Lock
The TC50 legs use push-toggle locks with three preset angles for tabletop, low-angle and ground-level positions.
| Leg position | Supported uses |
|---|---|
| Position 1 | Low-angle tabletop stand, handheld, folded, hook mode |
| Position 2 | Low-angle or ground-level shooting, hook mode |
| Position 3 | Clamp mode (legs lift clear of the clamp space) |
The two standing heights are 127mm and 85mm (±5mm), and the extended height of the kit is 184mm (±5mm). This makes it suitable as a mini tripod for low-angle product shots and ground-level scenes.
BH-19 Ball Head with ±90° Tilt and 4-Way Quick Release
The BH-19 ball head tilts ±90°. Pressing the PUSH button unlocks the tilt axis, so you can adjust between high-angle, eye-level and low-angle framing without loosening the whole head. It also switches between landscape and portrait orientation in one step, which is useful for vertical video.
The quick-release plate is square and can be mounted in any of four directions, which helps keep it clear of flip screens and camera cables. A push-button plate release and a removable security pin are included, so the camera can be moved between handheld use and a mount without tools. Together, the TC50 and BH-19 work as a tripod and ball head kit.
Build a Compact Rig with 1/4" and ARRI Locating Holes
The 1/4"-20 screw on the head fits mirrorless cameras, DSLRs, compact cameras, action cameras and smartphone clamps (sold separately). The legs have multiple 1/4" ports with ARRI locating holes for a microphone or a panel light mounted on a magic arm. A lanyard hole accepts a wrist strap or safety tether.
270g Weight with a 3kg Payload
The kit weighs 270g in total: about 170g for the TC50 and about 100g for the BH-19. Both are made of aluminum alloy with silicone and finished in Satin Black and Metal Gray. The maximum load is 3kg. At this size it fits in a camera bag or jacket pocket, so it can serve as a lightweight travel tripod for compact setups. For larger camera bodies, our guide on pairing a heavier camera with a lightweight tripod covers what to check first.
Where to Use the TC50 + BH-19
The five modes cover a range of everyday shooting situations. Here are a few common setups.
Desk Recording and Livestreaming
In tabletop mode with a phone clamp, the TC50 holds a smartphone at desk height for livestreams, online classes and video calls. A microphone and a small panel light can be added through the leg ports. For unboxing or hands-on content, hook mode lets you hang the camera from a pegboard or shelf and record the desk from above.

Travel and Outdoor Vlogging
On a walk, handheld mode works as a vlog grip. When you stop, open the legs and set the kit on a bench, rock or camp table for B-roll or a fixed shot. At a viewpoint, clamp mode attaches it to a railing for landscape shots or a time-lapse.
Low and Overhead Angles
Underslung mode keeps the camera low for shots near the ground or close to water, such as a street-level scene or fish in a pond. Indoors, inverted mode can hang the camera over the back of a chair or the edge of a shelf for a top-down view.

Final Thoughts
The TC50 + BH-19 brings a tabletop tripod, a clamp, an overhead stand and a handheld grip into one 270g kit. It is intended for vloggers, livestreamers, remote workers and travel photographers who shoot in different locations and want fewer supports to carry. If you are also choosing a camera, our list of vlogging cameras under $300 may help. The TC50 + BH-19 is available now in the SIRUI store for $79.
FAQ
How is a clamp tripod different from a regular tabletop tripod?
A regular tabletop tripod only works on flat surfaces. The TC50 is a 2-in-1 tabletop tripod and heavy-duty clamp, so it can also attach to railings, branches and desk edges, or hang upside down for overhead shots.
What is the maximum clamping range of the TC50?
The clamp opens up to 50mm on flat surfaces and 45mm on cylindrical surfaces, with a tolerance of ±2mm. That covers most desk edges, railings, branches and poles.
Can a 270g tripod hold a mirrorless camera?
Yes. The TC50 + BH-19 has a maximum load of 3kg. In tabletop mode the legs lock into a triangle, and in clamp mode a lever-action clamp holds the kit in place.
Does the SIRUI TC50 work with smartphones?
Yes, with a smartphone clamp, which is sold separately. The standard 1/4" screw also fits mirrorless cameras, action cameras, panel lights and microphones.
Can the BH-19 ball head switch to portrait orientation?
Yes. The BH-19 tilts ±90° and switches between landscape and portrait orientation in one step, which is useful for vertical video.
