Qualifying Criteria
To be eligible for price protection, the following conditions must be met:

· Product Limitations
1.The item must be identical to the one originally purchased from us.
2.Products priced below $70 and B Ware products are not eligible for price guarantee.

· Validity Period
Price protection service must be requested within 14 days of purchasing the item. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accommodated.

· Exceptions
Certain exclusions may apply, including but not limited to:
1.Prices offered by unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers.
2.Items on special offer, clearance, flash sale, coupon discounted, or subject to special promotions
3.Prices that are the result of inaccuracies.

· Order Status Requirement
Price guarantee policy applies only to orders in normal status. Orders that are unpaid, canceled, refunded, or returned are not eligible for price guarantee. 


Submitting a Claim
To request a price guarantee, contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. Provide proof of the price comparison (e.g., order screenshot, lower-priced ad link). Our team will review within 5 business days and issue a refund for you.
NOTE: Only apply for price guarantee once per order.
